Please note that blinds may not be eligible for standard cancellation rights. However, if the shipment process hasn’t started, we can assist you. Check your order confirmation email for accuracy and reach out if you have any questions.
Damaged Orders:
We aim for high quality, but issues can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Note any damage on the delivery receipt. For damaged products, inform us within 14 days, and we’ll arrange a replacement. We may ask for photos or the return of the damaged item for inspection.
Returns and Refunds:
As we do not offer customized products, accurate measurements are essential. If you’re unsure, please contact us for guidance or refer to our online measuring guide. It is your responsibility to verify order details and measurements before confirming. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for incorrectly measured items.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will assess it and may issue a refund if appropriate. For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us. After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund, minus delivery and return shipping costs. We can also arrange collection for returns at a fee.
