Return & Refund Policy

Order Changes:

When you place an order with us, it's important to know you're making a commitment. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us promptly. Blinds may not be eligible for standard cancellation rights, but if Shipment process hasn’t started, we can help. Just give us a call, and we'll check the status of your order. Be sure to double-check your order confirmation email for accuracy.

Damaged Order:
While we strive for quality, we understand that issues can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt. If the product itself is damaged, let us know within 14 days. We'll work swiftly to arrange a replacement and may ask for photos or the return of the damaged item for inspection.

Returns and Refunds:
We don’t offer customized products, so accurate measurements are crucial. If you're unsure, contact us for guidance or refer to our online measuring guide. It's your responsibility to review order details and measurements before confirming. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or provide refunds for incorrectly measured items.

However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we'll assess it and issue a refund if appropriate. For Bedding items, returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in resalable condition. Contact us to arrange the return, and once received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund, minus delivery and return shipping costs. We can also arrange collection for returns at a fee.
